Some of t h e hills are so steep t h at we have to get of f our bi k es and walk t h em uphil1 .But it'S worth it bec a use, when we g o down t h e ot h er side,we stop a n d get‘apples from t h e t r ees. W e also play soccer toget h er. W e take turns playing goalie or kicking t h e bal1.If t h e ball g e ts k i cked over t h e fence, wc rac e each ot h er to g e t it. I f you’re ex ercisi n g on p~ing ’ vitll a friend almost alway s mak es t h e activity more en joyable.A good e xe rcise partner sha r es common i n terest sMy friend Ka ra a n d I bot h en joy playing soccer, ba s ketball, a n d c a tch . O ne time, 1 wa s so tired doi n g t h e one mile run during ou r physical f i tness test at schoo1 . 1 wa n ted to stop a n d walk, but K a r a told me t h at I could do it i f I tried hard—so I did!one of you want s to stop, a good friend will say,“Keep tr’证g_一’m here for you a ll t he way ! ” But a good friend a l so k n ows when you’ve had enoug h a n d will let you quit tl1 一 out hurting you r feelin .A good exerci s e partner can def i nitely give you t h e conf i dence to get r i ght back up a n d try your ha r dest.Ha ving a fa milia r face a r ound is just nice.E ver y day,1 walk or r i de my bi k e to a n d f r om school w i t h my friend K at i e.W e I f walk or ride i n rain or shine.So i f you’re lonely, you can a l ways t u m a r ound a n d see a br i ght smit i ng face!T here a r e tons of way s 岫 t a partner can be important to good hea l t h y exercise.
